  • Shop Profile: Email, Shop Name, and TikTok Handle.
  • Orders: Buyer name, phone, and delivery location for order fulfillment.
  • Payment Verification: We process MPESA SMS data locally on your device or via your private server to verify order status.

2. Distributed Telemetry & Ecosystem Optimization

  • Localized Retention: Your primary operational records are maintained within an isolated database instance on your designated hosting infrastructure. Access to these primary structural records remains restricted to your authorized administrative personnel.
  • Aggregated Ecosystem Telemetry: To continuously enhance the structural resilience and functional efficiency of the LiveSoko ecosystem, the system runs an automated periodic synchronization protocol. This background process utilizes robust cryptographic SHA-256 obfuscation to rigorously decouple and secure any Personal Identifiable Information (PII)—including nomenclature and contact designations—prior to structural aggregation.
  • Optimization Objective: The resulting heuristically-anonymized data streams are strictly utilized to facilitate macroeconomic trend analysis, calibrate predictive market-flow algorithms, and dynamically optimize the overarching platform architecture for a superior, seamless user experience.

  3. Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok account bans or MPESA transaction disputes.
  4. Data Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your shop's data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your SQLite database.
  5. Subscription: Failure to renew your monthly subscription will result in restricted access to the seller dashboard. However, your public storefront will remain active for buyers to submit inquiries and offline orders.
